Department of Labor Now States That Participant’s May be Charged for Distributions.
The DOL previously did not allow a participant's account to be directly charged for expenses incurred for plan activities. However, the DOL now states that expenses for certain distributions may be charged. Click here for more details.

New Rules Governing Minimum Distributions.
New IRS regulations liberalize the rules for determining minimum required distributions for beneficiaries after the employee’s death and for those employees who must begin taking distributions from their plan upon reaching age 70 ½. Click here for further details.
