ISO 9001 Quality Management Registration

BCG is the first retirement benefits TPA firm in the country to receive an ISO 9001
Registration for Quality Management.

Receiving this Registration signifies BCG's foresight in recognizing the importance of going above and beyond industry practices. 

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized management tool that specifies the requirements for a company’s quality management system. ISO standards are administered by the International Organization for Standardization, based in Geneva, Switzerland.  

BCG adheres to the highest quality management system standards through a rigorous auditing process performed by, Underwriters Laboratories (UL), an independent auditing firm.  We want you to know that we do not view ISO 9001 Registration as an end goal, but rather as a step in the continuous improvement of our organization.  BCG has incorporated the ISO 9001 standards into its business practices to reinforce the company’s commitment to high quality service.  BCG’s goal is to exceed its clients’ expectations by demonstrating ingenuity and creativity in business solutions that help to contribute to their success.
